With powerful suspension, front wheel tracking device and 16" tyres, the terrain gives maximum
stability and directional control across all terrain, and with the hand operated active brake, speed can
be easily managed to slow or stop ensuring a comfortable and safe ride for the child. It has complete
adaptability (for both carrycot and travel systems) and uncompromised child support, giving optimal
posture with its structured and padded seating – far safer for a child’s back and far superior than the
softer hammock seating that is common in the market.
“We saw an obvious gap in the market for parents who wanted more full control of their buggy with
their active lifestyle,” says terrain’s head designer Andrew Mawson, “There are no other buggies that
could truly handle all terrain and last the distance, yet have the clean aesthetics to look good on the
city streets. This was quite a design challenge! We did a lot of research, looking at what parents needed
when out jogging and what functionality best suited their pursuits. We also had the great opportunity
to meet with active parents and elite athletes, who offered us their sound knowledge and advice on
building the best possible all terrain active buggy in the market, and I feel we have done just that.”
