Featuring an innovative design and industry-leading technology, the Britax Parkway SG Booster Seat keeps your child safe and secure during car rides. The seat's True Side Impact Protection and SecureGuard anti-submarining technology manage crash forces and minimize injury to your child during a crash. Appropriate for children from 40 to 120 pounds, the seat's narrow footprint allows you to fit three across in most cars--ideal for many of today's small- to mid-sized vehicles.
  • Features

The PARKWAY SG Belt-Positioning-Booster seat can be used for children 120 lbs. or less as long as the vehicle shoulder belt guide places the belt in the proper position for the child, and the top of the child’s ears are below the top of the head restraint, and the child physically fits in the seat, and is not being used beyond its expiration date (6 years from date of manufacture).

True Side Impact Protection distributes crash forces, shields from vehicle intrusion, contains the head and body, and keeps the head, neck and spine "in true" or aligned, to limit injury

Quick-Adjust Head Restraint easily adjusts the head restraint for a more comfortable fit and enhanced safety

SecureGuard works with the vehicle safety belt to prevent the child from sliding under the lap-belt portion of the safety belt (submarining) during impact, thus minimizing the risk of abdominal injury

How long has BRITAX incorporated True Side Impact Protection in their seats?
BRITAX began incorporating True Side Impact Protection into its seats in 2002.

How does True Side Impact Protection work? During a side impact crash both your child’s head and chest are extremely vulnerable to injury. The chest is more exposed because your child’s shoulders are wider than their head, and therefore likely to be the first point of contact with intruding objects coming from the side and jolting the chest. Your child’s head should always be protected to avoid serious and permanent injury.
