A disposable Vial Adapter is attached to the top of a vial of insulin and is then attached to the Medi-Jector VISION®. Insulin is drawn into the Needle-Free Syringe by dialing in the prescribed dose. The Vial Adapter, which is a connector that enables one to withdraw insulin fron a vial without using a needle, is usually thrown away with the insulin vial when the vial is empty or expired.

The Medi-Jector VISION® Vial Adapter connects directly and permanently to the insulin vial and enables the drawing of the insulin into the Needle-Free Syringe on the Injector.
