Distinctive European strollers like the Quinny Buzz stroller, and its counterpart the Quinny Zapp, are finally here -- and making a splash all over the States. Putting a unique spin on the design principles fostered by Bugaboo baby strollers, the Quinny Buzz stroller is an all-terrain walking stroller with pneumatic rear tires and a 7" swivel wheel up front. The Quinny Buzz stroller combines total maneuverability with significant technical advancements over other strollers. The Buzz's rounded aluminum frame offers one of the smallest folds on the market, an all wheel suspension for a smooth ride, and a one-of-a-kind automatic unfolding mechanism. The Quinny Buzz stroller rides on an ergonomically designed frame that is guaranteed to capture glances on the street. It looks like no other stroller out there. The adjustable handlebar allows you to find the perfect handle height for your walks, and the rear suspension ensures a smooth ride for your baby. The Quinny Buzz is the Only Stroller that Unfolds Itself The folding mechanism of the Quinny Buzz is simple, but the unfolding mechanism is effortless. To fold the Buzz stroller down to a tight package of 33" by 25.5", just remove the seat, push the two release buttons and push down. The Buzz utilizes a patented unfolding system that uses a gas spring in the central tube to deploy automatically. When folded down, you simply lift the handlebar slightly -- or just nudge it with your foot -- and the Quinny Buzz rises into action automatically. Re-attach the seat, and you're good to go. The Buzz has Benefits for Babies The seat of the Buzz offers a full range of recline settings, and even reverses so that mom or dad can keep an eye on baby. Also, the Quinny Buzz is one of only a few strollers we carry that is fully compatible with the outstanding Maxi Cosi Mico infant car seat. If you already have a carseat, but want a comfortable place for your baby to sleep while you stroll with your new Buzz, the Dreami Bassinet (which comes with a mattress, mosquito net, rain cover, and blanket cover) may just be the perfect addition to your European stroller ensemble. The Quinny Dreami Bassinet makes for a very stylish start to your baby's beginning in the Quinny Buzz stroller. Infant boys and girls up to 20 lbs. can sleep away while riding in comfort and style in the Dreami Bassinet. With a thick foam mattress, three-point harness for security and an adjustable canopy that doubles as a carrying handle, the Dreami is comfortable and safe for them, and easy to manage for you. Added bonuses like a mosquito net, rain cover, removable mattress and blanket make the Dreami a complete comfort package. The Dreami Bassinet locks onto the Buzz's light frame, and can be swapped with the standard Buzz seat when needed. The Buzz stroller can still fold down with the Bassinet attached. It detaches from the frame easily, and has rubber 'feet' so that you can set it down anywhere without dirtying the fabric. The Dreami Bassinet weighs 11 lbs.
The Quinny Buzz Footmuff is a snug-fitting insulated sleeping bag that fits into the seat of the Quinny Buzz stroller. Naturally, it coordinates perfectly. The lower half of the Buzz Footmuff's shell threads neatly through the straps of the Buzz stroller's 5-point harness, and the upper half is removable. This feature enables you to get your son or daughter in and out of the seat and foot muff by simply unzipping the upper portion of the insulating shell. In the warmer months, you can remove the top half completely and leave the padded lower portion of the Buzz Footmuff in place for added seat padding. The insulating material of this foot muff is synthetic, and the outer shell cotton lined. Note: You do not need to remove the footmuff in order to fold up the Buzz stroller.
